If you feel a nudge or a call that there is something more available to you, for you or that wants to come from you, don’t limit yourself by your age or stage of life. Get into meditation or on a Reiki table or in communities where people are talking about and experiencing these beautiful things. There is so much my friends!

Moments of tension, withdrawal, or disconnection throughout the day are often micro-expressions of these same responses. And they are information. They point us toward our triggers, our pain points, and the places within us that may need care, attention, and compassion.

In my Life Coaching and Reiki practice, people often come in wanting to figure out: What’s next? What’s the goal? What am I working toward? And sometimes, that clarity is exactly what’s needed. But sometimes…the next step isn’t to figure anything out.
