Reiki training is accessible to everyone. Whether you’re exploring Reiki for personal self-care or preparing to offer Reiki professionally, this practice is a powerful addition to your wellness toolkit.
I offer Reiki training in-person in Connecticut and remote Reiki training online, with both group classes and individual training options available. Each training includes attunements, guided practice, and clear instruction so you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Beyond certification, I offer a continuum of professional Reiki support and mentorship, with opportunities for ongoing learning, community connection, and guidance — all available in-person or remotely.

Reiki Training
Group & Individual
Laura offers Reiki training in a way that meets you where you are. You can choose small group classes or individual one-on-one training, depending on how you learn best. Everyone’s path is different, and your training experience should reflect that.
With a professional background in school counseling, Laura brings years of experience in group facilitation, individualized support, and creating safe, encouraging learning environments. This foundation makes her a thoughtful, skilled Reiki Master Teacher — able to guide both group dynamics and personal learning journeys with care and clarity.
Group trainings offer shared energy, connection, and community. Upcoming class dates are listed in the Reiki Training section of the booking page and shared in the monthly newsletter.
Individual trainings provide a personalized, flexible experience tailored to your schedule and learning style. To request private training, reach out directly with the Reiki level you’re interested in and your preferred timeline.
Trainings and professional mentorship are available in-person or remotely, so you can learn from anywhere and stay supported long after your class is complete.
Reiki Mentorship
Two Paths to Choose From
6 Sessions | 6 Months
The Reiki Mentorship Program is a six-session experience designed to support growth, confidence, and clarity through consistent connection and guided practice.
You’ll choose one of two mentorship paths, based on where you are in your Reiki journey.
(1) Professional Path
For established Reiki practitioners
Includes:

Six (6) one-hour mentorship sessions

Designed as professional mentorship and support
This path is ideal for Reiki practitioners who already have an established practice space and are looking to grow and elevate their work. Sessions are collaborative and practitioner-led. You are encouraged to come with topics, questions, or areas you’d like to explore—such as refining techniques, working with clients, communication, confidence, boundaries, or next steps in your professional growth.
(2) Integration Path
For students and newer practitioners
Includes:

Three (3) one-hour mentorship sessions | in person or remote

Three (3) in-office 90-minute practice sessions
This path is designed for students and newer practitioners who do not yet have an established practice space and want continued support and hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Practice sessions take place in person at Laura’s office in Berlin, Connecticut and include on-site support while you work with your own practice clients.
This path is ideal for those who want to strengthen skills, build confidence, and explore what it feels like to offer Reiki in a professional setting—whether to support personal growth or to consider taking Reiki to the next level and potentially creating a practice of their own.
Both paths provide individualized support and thoughtful guidance, with Laura serving as an experienced, supportive thought partner to help you authentically align with & strengthen your confidence as a Reiki practitioner. Whether you’re seeking skill-building, clarity, growth, or a gentle nudge forward, this mentorship offers meaningful support every step of the way.

Reiki Professional Mastermind & Support Circle
Are you a professional Reiki practitioner looking for a space to connect, share, and grow? This quarterly mastermind and support circle is designed specifically for those actively offering Reiki in a professional or volunteer setting — whether you’re building a practice, integrating Reiki into another healing modality, or serving your community.
This circle is a place to exchange ideas, ask questions, and find inspiration alongside other Reiki practitioners who understand both the beauty and responsibility of offering Reiki to others.
This group is intended for practicing Reiki professionals.
If you are new to Reiki, currently in training, or exploring whether to offer Reiki professionally, Laura offers individual mentorship and coaching to support your next steps before joining the circle.

Reiki Refresher Session
This popular session is designed for anyone who has completed Reiki training and wants to review, refresh, and practice — whether you trained with Laura or another Reiki Master Teacher. You can choose the session length that feels right for you (1–4 hours). Together, we’ll revisit any Reiki level you’ve completed, with personalized guidance to help you feel more confident, comfortable, and connected in your practice.
Sometimes, returning to the material through a new voice or fresh perspective can bring deeper understanding. Even if you’ve worked with another teacher, this session meets you exactly where you are right now — helping you reconnect with your knowledge, ask new questions, and strengthen your relationship with Reiki in a way that feels current and aligned.
