Monthly Themes
Each month centers around a specific theme designed to support both your personal and business growth.
A week before each session, you’ll receive a "warm-up" email with simple prompts or questions to help you begin reflecting on the month’s topic before we meet.

I have over 25 (YIKES!) years of experience facilitating groups that support growth, connection, and transformation. There is nothing quite like sharing energy, ideas and inspiration with others heading in the same direction you are!

I'm also an entrepreneur—just like you—continuing to figure things out as I go. I don't approach this group as a business expert (I'm not)- but rather as a fellow small business owner who values community, support and shared learning.

In Person
This group meets in person each month. The conversations are personal and best experienced face-to-face.
Meeting Schedule
12 group sessions
The group will meet on the second Thursday of each month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Laura Ramirez, LLC in Berlin, Connecticut.
Payment Options
This small group/high touch coaching group is:
➢1 payment with registration/$1,000
➢2 payments of $525
(total $1050) payment 1 upon registration/payment 2 due March 1.
➢4 payments of $270
(total $1080) payment 1 upon registration, followed by payments on 2/1, 3/1 & 4/1.
Small Group Dynamics
Limited to 6-8 participants to ensure "space" for everyone’s voice and experience and energy

Year-Long Commitment
This is a 12-month commitment. Your consistent presence allows for deeper trust, learning, and growth. Of course, we understand that life happens, but your participation is what makes this group meaningful.
Individual Coaching
2 Individual 1X1 60 min. Coaching Sessions
The first session will support you in defining your 2026 vision and intentions.
The mid-year session will help us touch in on your progress, explore what may have shifted, and adjust plans where needed — so you continue forward with momentum and support.
This addition is designed to help each member feel more seen, more held, and more supported — and to help the group “wrap around you” even more meaningfully throughout the year.
Investment
For $1,000, you receive a full year of support — 26 hours of coaching, community, strategy, and growth.
