There is so much available to us through a regular meditation practice—calm, clarity, insight, inspiration, and so much more. Yet many people find it challenging to meditate consistently on their own.
There is great wisdom to be found in stillness and silence, but in our busy, fast-paced world, creating and committing to that space can be difficult
Laura offers an individual session called a Mediation & Oracle Card Experience. This session offers an opportunity to meditate with Laura's support followed by intuitive oracle card pulls and time for a brief journal reflection. This is a wonderful session for those looking to "learn" how to meditate or who simply benefit from scheduled supported sessions. These sessions may be purchased individually or in our discounted 5 session package * highly suggested to support building a consistent practice.
Meditation is also a key part of Laura's signature, 2 hour, Soul Goal Session. A beautiful immersive session that supports using multiple modalities to connect with your soul's wisdom.
We also offer a monthly Community Meditation & Breathwork session, a complimentary session facilitated by parter practitioner, Greg Gallinoto that combines guided meditation and breathwork. We would love for you to join us!

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have for calming the mind, releasing tension, and returning to yourself.
Breathwork invites you to slow down, reset your nervous system, and access a deeper sense of clarity, peace and presence.
Individual, and group guided breathwork sessions are led by esteemed Breath Coach Greg Gallinoto of The Nature Within LLC. These sessions create space to explore the healing power of conscious breathing in a safe, supportive environment.
Our unique Reiki & Breathwork two-practitioner session is available for a layered highly-supportive session.
