Service Description

Reiki with Breathwork This unique two-practitioner experience weaves together guided breathwork and Reiki to create a deeply immersive space for relaxation, regulation, and energetic support. Reiki is offered continuously throughout the entire session, providing a steady, supportive energetic field from beginning to end. The session opens with guided breathwork to help settle the nervous system, soften the body, and invite presence. Breath is also thoughtfully integrated at the close of the session to support grounding, integration, and a gentle return. The experience includes a one-hour on-table Reiki/Breath session with both practitioners offering Reiki simultaneously, creating a layered and expansive experience that allows for deeper relaxation, energetic balance, and restoration. The session concludes with approximately 30 minutes of supportive conversation and space for reflection or processing, as desired. This offering is ideal for those seeking a more supported and immersive experience—especially for those who desire additional support finding a centered, calm space or regulating the nervous system.
