Reiki s a deeply relaxing practice that supports the mind, body & soul. My Reiki room has been designed to be a space for pause and peace, incorporating aromatherapy, a heated Reiki table and an abundance of positive energy. My practice is a safe, confidential space. Reiki is a beautiful complement to our wellness routines. Whether you're looking for quiet Reiki time, insight through intuitive guidance, or deeper reflection, there's an option designed for you: ⭐︎45-Minute Reiki Reset (Express Session) This session is primarily hands-on Reiki, with most of our time spent on the table receiving energy work. Conversation is minimal, with just a brief closing moment to transition you back into your day. This is a simple, efficient, and restorative option for those who want to receive Reiki without extended discussion. ⭐︎60-Minute Standard Reiki Session This session offers a balanced flow of connection and table time. You’ll spend about 45 minutes receiving hands-on Reiki, with a few minutes at the beginning to settle in and a closing check-in to share reflections. A nourishing standard session for relaxation, reset, and gentle insight. ⭐︎90-Minute Reiki & Reflection Session This extended session includes 45-60 minutes of hands-on Reiki followed by dedicated time for conversation and integration. After your Reiki treatment, we’ll explore any insights that arose, make meaning together, and identify thoughtful next steps to support your ongoing well-being. Ideal for those who appreciate both energetic healing and guided reflection. ✺30-Minute Add-On | Oracle Card Reflection Enhance your Reiki session with a 30-minute Oracle Card Reflection. You’ll select from Laura’s collection of oracle decks, and she will gently guide you through a three-card pull to explore a specific area of interest or simply receive general guidance. This is a reflective and collaborative process rather than a traditional card reading. Laura will guide you in connecting with the messages that stand out to you, helping you uncover insight and meaning in a way you can replicate on your own at home. Laura believes we are all divinely guided and intuitive by nature. This offering creates a supportive space to receive focused insight, deepen self-trust, and thoughtfully discuss what arises.
