Meditation & Oracle Card Experience

Many people are interested in developing a meditation practice but find it challenging to sit in meditation for an extended period of time on their own. This unique offering provides a supportive environment to help you strengthen your meditation practice while also exploring the wisdom and insight available through oracle cards. Your session begins with gentle breathwork, relaxation techniques, and guided visualization to help you settle into a calm and receptive state. Laura will then hold space for approximately 30 minutes of shared meditation, allowing you to experience the benefits of a longer meditation practice with the support, intention, and energy of meditating together. Following the meditation, you'll receive a personalized three-card oracle card reading designed to offer guidance, inspiration, reflection, and insight. You'll also have time for journaling, allowing you to capture your thoughts, impressions, messages, and intentions before returning to your day. This beautiful combination of meditation, oracle cards, and reflective journaling can help you build your meditation muscle, deepen your connection to your inner wisdom, and create space for greater clarity, peace, and self-discovery. This is a wonderful session to schedule on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis as a way to establish and maintain a consistent meditation and reflection practice.
