Discovery Coaching Session

Service Description

A Discovery Coaching Session is a chance to connect with me, explore what you’re looking for support with, and get a feel for whether working together would be a meaningful, aligned fit for your goals and needs. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation—an opportunity to connect & ask questions. It can be incredibly helpful to spend a little time beforehand reflecting on your goals and what you hope to gain from coaching. The more clarity you bring, the easier it is for both of us to understand your needs and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. If a coaching partnership feels aligned and timely, I’ll walk you through the next steps, including the option to purchase a 6- or 12-session package. Coaching packages are the most effective way to fully commit to your goals, offering the time, space, and consistency needed for meaningful progress and lasting change. I also offer a Vision to Action Intensive—a focused coaching experience that can be booked as a standalone session or added to a package—as well as a Soul Goal Session, a warm, mindful, and intuitive process that can be experienced on its own or integrated into your coaching journey.
