  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Gift certificarte may be applied to any service or class offered at Laura Ramirez, LLC. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. If the full amount is not used for a single session, the remaining amount will be indicated on the card until the full amount is redeemed. 

  • Shipping or Pick Up

    Gift cetificates will be mailed to the address of your choice. Please allow 3 business days to process and put in the mail. 

    You may also pick up your gift card in the Berlin, CT office.

    Please state your preference in the "Add a note" section at checkout.

Booking a session with Laura Ramirez, LLC confirms your intention to move forward with your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% session fee.

All payments are non-refundable; however, eligible cancellations may be applied as a credit toward a future session.

Laura Ramirez, LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
