Sessions are scheduled at your pace—typically every two weeks or monthly.

✦ Shortly after your package is purchased, you will receive an email from Laura (within 48 hours) with your unique coaching session booking code, allowing you to schedule your sessions. You may book all 6 sessions at once or as you go—however, it’s recommended to book ahead to ensure priority scheduling.
