Discovery Session

Service Description

A Discovery Session is a great way to explore how my services might align with your goals. In this relaxed, hour-long session, you’ll have the chance to share what you’re looking for and ask any questions about my approach and services. I'll also ask you some questions to get to know you better. This is an informational meeting to help you decide if coaching, reiki, or other services might be a good fit. My practice is a safe, confidential space that welcomes all. Remote sessions via Zoom are available—just select "REMOTE" when you register, and I’ll send you a meeting link. I look forward to meeting with you!

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies happen; please contact Laura directly at (text/call) 860.655.7321 if a last minute change is needed.
