Coaching Session

Service Description

Individual Coaching Session - 85.00 per 45 minute session Your session will include a written session summary stating the goals and personal commitments made during the session. The summary, sent within 24 hrs of your session, may serve as your guide and "to do" list in between sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies happen; please contact Laura directly at (text/call) 860.655.7321 if a last minute change is needed.
