Service Description

Individual Coaching Session - 80.00 per 45 minute session Your session will include a written session summary stating the goals and personal commitments made during the session. The summary, sent within 24 hrs of your session, may serve as your guide and "to do" list in between sessions.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: If an emergency arises and you need to reschedule your session, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your session at 860-655-7321. If you do not attend your session without notice, a 50% session fee will be charged. Thank you.
