Women are born with an internal cycle that holds the key to your wellness, creativity, productivity and happiness. Our culture largely ignores and even disparages this cycle, leaving many women feeling burned out, exhausted and unwell. There is a better way! Come and learn about the amazing tool for a better life that you already have within you. In this class we will: · Deconstruct the damaging ideas we have been taught about the Feminine Energy Cycle · Explore the relationships between the cycles of our body, the Earth, sun and moon. · Learn how to leverage each phase of your cycle to improve your daily life. · Make a fun creative tool you can use on your cycle journey This class is for: Self-identifying women of all ages and stages of life (you do not need to be a menstruating woman to benefit from this class) and male allies who want to learn more about their female companions and the feminine energy within themselves. Join us in person or remote via Zoom. 💻 Zoom participants will need basic art supplies on hand: paper, colored pencils or markers Class is limited to 8 in person guests About Our Guest Facilitator: Aimee Blair is an Intuitive Artist, teacher, Creativity Coach and Certified Art Medicine Practitioner. She is the founder of Creative Compass, a supportive online community for creative explorers, and the author of the adult coloring book, Feminine Forms: A Guidebook for Reconnecting with The Feminine. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and three daughters. She believes creativity is a non-optional part of human well-being and loves helping busy women re-connect to their Creative Heart.
