Service Description
I LOVE taking time each year to think about my priorities, goals and dreams for the New Year. From home improvement projects, vacations, relationships, health & wellness to personal growth and career. For many years, I have engaged in a process that involves discovering "One Word" that will serve as a theme and motivator for my year. The process comes from the book, "One Word that will Change Your Life." by J. Gordon, D. Britton and J. Page. In our One Word workshop we will use guided meditation, visualization, oracle cards, automatic writing and simple drawing exercises to create a visual "guide" for our year. Come comfy for an evening that combines self-care and goal setting. All supplies included. Leave with a visual of your word and goals. Space is limited, reserve your seat today.
