Service Description

Join us for a breath practice and meditation experience connecting to more peace. Do you want to carve out a time to reset your nervous system? Would you like a set time to practice and be accountable to yourself? No breathwork experience required. Please schedule online via lauraramirezllc.com. These classes are open to 10 participants. Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to apply your payment as a credit toward rebooking. For same-day cancellations, or in the case of a no-show, a 50% fee will be charged. You may apply the remaining credit to reschedule your service. Classes & Workshops: As each participant in our workshops and classes receives personalized materials, we kindly inform you that, in the event of an emergency that prevents your attendance, you will have the option to enroll in a future class or apply your enrollment fee toward other classes or services at Laura Ramirez, LLC. Please note that refunds are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
