Join us for a breath practice and meditation experience connecting to more peace. Do you want to carve out a time to reset your nervous system? Would you like a set time to practice and be accountable to yourself? The Nature Within, LLC is now offering 1 hour breathwork & meditation experience in our office in Berlin, CT. No breathwork experience required. Please schedule online via lauraramirezllc.com. These classes are open to 6 participants. Please register online to reserve your spot.
